药物影响缺血性鼠脑C-fos、bel-2基因表达的研究

摘　　要：本文用免疫组化法对缺血性大白鼠脑皮层的细胞调亡相关基因C-fos及bel－2表达及蝮蛇抗栓酶、尼膜地平、桂枝茯苓等丸对其影响进行了实验研究。发现桂枝茯苓等丸对C-fos及bel－2均有作用．尼莫地平对两者均无影响，而蝮蛇抗栓酶只影响C-fos的表达。对临床治疗有重要的指导意义.In this paper C-fos and bel- 2 cerebral cortex at rats in cerebral isxhemia, which areinterrelated with apoptosis, and the influnce of fuxie antithrombus enzyme, Nimodipine and Guizhifu lingUan on them were studied. We found that Guixhifu ling Uan had a function on both C-fos and bel- 2Genes Express, and that NimodiPine didn't have any effect on C-fos and bel - 2 Genes Express, and thatfuxie antithrombus enzyme only influnced C-fos Genes Express, and that is fuxie antithrombus enzymeonly influnced C-fos Genes Express- That is of importance in guiding clinic.
