摘  要:随着高校扩招,大学毕业生的就业形势变得越来越严峻。在就业过程中,毕业生为了提高就业的成功率,越来越重视自身包装、公关等方面的花费,就业成本引起了社会的关注。通过对天津10所高校2008届毕业生的调查与研究发现,学生的求职消费大于预估消费,大学期间的经济主要来源于家庭,求职信息主要来源于网络信息,不同的家庭条件决定了他们的求职理念。因此,学校应该改革现有教学和实习模式,加强毕业生诚信教育,加大学校就业指导和就业服务的力度,鼓励毕业生到西部和基层就业等,以降低大学生的就业成本。Along with the number increase of students enrolled in the universities, the employment situation of the graduates is becoming more and more serious. In order to make their job hunting more successful, the graduates, during the course of job hunting, tend to spend more and more money on their appearances and public relations. The cost of job hunting draws more and more attention from our society. From the research of graduates 2008 of the 10 university, we found that job hunting costs their more money than we estimated; during university years students are still economically dependent on their parents; the major source of job information is websites; and, different family situation gives the graduates different job anticipation. Therefore, university could help the graduates to lower the cost on the job hunting by the ways to reform the way of education and practice training, enforce the education on honesty and creditability, enhance the strength on the guidance and service of job hunting, and encourage the graduates to work in the west or at basic level of society.
