摘  要:创新能力是大学生就业能力的重要组成部分。市场经济的发展为财经类专业大学生提供了创新能力施展的空间,但来自学校、教师的传统教育观念和学生自身的盲目、焦虑以及家庭、社会的不良因素,成为制约大学生创新能力提高的严重障碍,因此,提升大学生创新能力和就业能力,既要从改变学校和教师的教学理念入手,构建适合财经类专业特点的创新教育平台,也要家庭与社会的共同努力,为大学生创新能力培养创造良好的外部环境。Innovation ability is an important part of undergraduates' employment ability. The development of market economy provides an innovation platform for students majoring in finance and economics. But the traditional education ideas of universities and teachers, the blindness and anxiety of students and the negative factors from social and family, have become the obstacles that restrict heavily to improve undergraduates, innovation ability. Therefore, to improve undergraduates' innovative ability and employment ability, on one hand , universities and teachers should change their teaching concepts to construct an innovation educative platform which is fit for the characteristics of students majoring in finance and economics; on the other hand, families and society should do their best to provide a good external environment to cultivate their innovation ability.
