摘　　要：中小企业在安徽区域经济中举足轻重的作用没有得到根本重视。通过对皖港两地中小企业服务体系进行对比分析,认为阻碍安徽中小企业发展的瓶颈问题不仅是融资问题,而且是以融资为中心的问题集,解决的途径在于围绕中小企业融资问题构建安徽中小企业服务体系。It has not been paid a fundamental attention to the great importance of the SMEs in Anhui economy. Based on the comparative analysis of service system in Hong Kong and Anhui, it is argued in the article that to hinder the SMEs development in Anhui Province is not only the financing bottleneck, but a set of issues centering around the financing problem, which can be solved by building a service system for SMEs in Anhui focusing on the financing problem.
