摘　　要：分析了图书馆勤工助学学生缺乏自信的原因,指出了培养勤工助学学生自信心的途径,探讨了对勤工助学学生长期自信心培养的措施。This paper analyzes the reasons why the lack of self-confidence exists in part-time job students in university library, points out some ways for cultivating the self-confidence of part-time job students, and probes into some measures for the cultivation of long-term self-confidence of part-time job students.
