摘　　要：以某钢厂矿渣处理工程为例,介绍了工程前期的策划和施工准备情况,阐述了施工过程中的成本控制和工程实施过程中各阶段成本控制的重点。Taking the slag treatment of a certain steel mill as the example, this paper introduces the planning and construction preparation in the early stage of project, and expounds the cost control in the construction process and the emphases in each stage of the construction implementation.
