摘　　要：解决了应用PI演算对CRM(客户关系管理)进行业务流程建模的问题。对业务流程建模的常用方法UML(标准的图形化建模语言)和Petri网进行比较,得出PI演算是最适合业务流程建模的工具;应用PI演算对CRM系统的一个例子进行业务流程建模并解决了CRM系统建模中的数据冲突问题;应用PI演算验证工具MWB(移动工作平台)进行所建模型的验证,在模型检验过程中,应用deadlocks和step命令模拟、跟踪系统的每一步交互过程。A method used PI calculus （n-Calculus） for modeling the CRM （customer relationship management） system business process for the first time is presented. Firstly, the methods of UML and Petri net for modeling business process are compared with PI calculus. Then it gains that PI calculus is most suitable for modeling business process. Secondly, a model is built and a solution is found to the data conflicts for CRM system business process. Finally, the model used MWB is verified, which is a verfaction tool for PI calculus. In course of verfaction, it uses instructions of deadlocks and step to simulate and track each step of the process of interaction.
