摘  要:采用基于Simulink的元件仿真技术,针对逆变式等离子弧切割电源本身具有非线性、时变性及混杂性特点,建立了基于PI调节的数字化逆变式切割电源系统仿真模型。并在此基础上,完成了对电感影响测试、死区效应、负载突变及切割外特性测试等动态过程的仿真。仿真结果表明,该模型充分体现各逆变电源参数对切割工艺的影响,并进一步验证了各参数变化规律与理论分析相符,该仿真模型是分析广义非线性混杂电力系统的有效工具。Focusing on characteristics of inverted plasma cutting power supply with nonlinearity, time variability and hybrid property, a simulation model of digital inverted cutting power system based on PI adjustment was put forward. The component simulation technology with Simulink was adopted. Dynamic simulations were made aiming at tests of inductance effect, dead-time effect, load sudden change and external characteristics. The simulation results show that the model proposed reflects influence of inverted power parameters to cutting process and verifies compliance between parameters change and theoretical analysis. This model is an effective tool for analyzing general nonlinear hybrid power system.
