摘　　要：随着经济全球化的深度发展,许多跨国公司赖以生存的环境发生了急剧的变化,企业的竞争优势变得短暂而不具有持久性。企业要想赢得竞争优势,及时进行战略转型已势在必行,尤其是在当前全球金融危机的动荡形势下。战略转型是企业与不确定性环境不断对话的过程,因而识别出环境中的风险是保证战略转型顺利实施的重要前提。本文在提出风险分析框架的同时,引入容忍度理论对风险进行分类并提出防范措施,对企业国际化经营战略转型得以顺利实现及其风险管理有一定的指导意义。With the further development of economic globalization, multinational companies are urged to process strategy transform by the diversity of market demand and the increasing industry competition. The uncertain survival environment made the competitive advantage of multinational enterprises unabiding. In order to win competition, it is inevitably for multinational enterprises to implement international strategic transformation, especially under the global financial crisis situations. Strategic transformation is the constantly dialogue between enterprise and uncertainty environment, and risk identification is the impor- tant premise for the successful implementation of international strategy transformation. This paper put forward the risk analysis framework and induced risk tolerance theory to identify and prevent risks in order to some significance for risk management of multinational companies＇ strategy transformation.
