摘  要:采用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS分析了不同盲孔孔径下钢管外径对应变释放系数A、B的影响及钻孔释放规律,研究了释放系数A、B随钢管外径的变化规律以及钢管直径一定时盲孔孔径对释放系数A、B的影响。建议了释放系数A、B不需修正时钢管外径的适用范围。并通过三根钢管试件在两种不同钻孔方式下的试验,试验研究了不同钻孔方式、不同外径下的钻孔释放规律。This paper analyzes the influence of steel tube outer diameter on the strain release factors A and B under various blind-hole diameters and the rule of release variation by using the general purpose FE software ABAQUS. The paper studies the variation of the strain release factors A and B with the steel tube outer diameter, and investigate the influence of the blind-hole diameter on the release factors A and B under definite steel tube diameters. The paper suggests the scope of application of steel tube outer diameter in which the strain release factors A and B need not be revised. A test on three samples of the steel tube was carried out under two different drilling methods. The experiment studies the rule of release variation under different drilling methods and different outer diameters.
