摘 要:本试验在泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)饲料中添加0.5%、1.0%、2.0%和4.0%中草药添加剂,研究其对泥鳅消化酶活性的影响。结果表明:添加中草药添加剂显著影响泥鳅消化酶活性,1.0%组淀粉酶活性增值明显,肝胰脏及肠道淀粉酶活性比对照组提高了9.7%和10.5%;而2.0%组肝胰脏及肠道蛋白酶活性比对照组提高了44.77%和10.05%;1.0%组肝胰脏和肠道脂肪酶活性也比对照组分别提高了90.9%和21.4%。试验第2周泥鳅淀粉酶活性高于第1周所测值,但蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性低于第1周。Adding Chinese herb additive to fodder of loach (Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)by the concentration of 0.5 %, 1.0 % ,2.0 % and 4.0 %,the changes on digestive enzyme activities in loach were detected.The results showed as follows:supplementation of Chinese herb significantly affected the activity of digestive enzyme in loach,the addition of 1.0 % Chinese herb increased amylase activities of hepatopancreas and intestine in loach by 9.7 % and 10.5 %.The addition of 2.0 % Chinese herb increased the protease activities of hepatopancreas and intestine by 44.77 % and 10.05 %.The lipase activities of hepatopancreas and intestine in 1.0 % group also increased by 90.9 % and 21.4 % respectively.The activity of amylase in the second week was higher than that in the first week, but the activitives of protease and lipase were lower than those in the first weeks.
