摘  要:通过问卷调查法、访谈法、统计法等对我国高级田径教练员岗位培训班教学内容进行了较全面和深入研究。结果表明,多数教练对培训内容表示认可,但还存在一些问题,如教学内容重复、理论知识讲授多、实践内容少等,特别是有关创新知识没有体现在教学内容中,不利于教练员创新能力的培养。The questionnaire survey, interview and statistics are adopted to research deeply the training content to high-lever track and field coaches in China. The results show that more than half of coaches recognize the content of training, but there are some problems in them, such as overlap of teaching content, more teaching theory knowledge and less practice. Especially, the knowledge of innovation is not inflected in the teaching content. It is not good to the development of innovative ability.
