摘　　要：著名先秦史专家赵锡元教授在几十年从事先秦历史文化研究的过程中,始终注意加强在历史学、文献学、考古学、文字学、民族学、马克思主义理论等方面的学术修养,他的学术之路可分为三个阶段:1951年—1962年为学术起步阶段;1963年—1976年为学术沉淀阶段;1977年—1993年为学术飞跃期。赵锡元先生在古史研究方面的学术造诣主要体现在:始终注重点与面的结合;始终贯彻理论与现实的联系;遵循多重证史的研究路数。Professor Zhao Xi-yuan is a famous expert in the field of historical research on Pre-Qin Dynasty. In the course of re- searching on the history and culture in Pre-Qin Dynasty for decades, Professor Zhao attached importance to his academic culti- vation in History, Bibliography, Archeology, Palaeography, Ethnology, Marxist Theory and so on. Professor Zhao＇s academic course consists of three stages： the initial stage in 1952-1962, the accumulated stage in 1963-1976 and the rapid developing stage in 1977-1993. Professor Zhao＇s academic attainments are reflected in combining point with face, linking theories and practice and applying multiple evidence to the hitorieal research.
