食管癌nm23基因产物—核苷二磷酸激酶表达的研究

摘　　要：为探讨ｎｍ２３基因在食管癌发生和转移过程中的作用，应用免疫组织化学方法（ＳＡＢＣ法）观察了ｎｍ２３基因产物—核苷二磷酸激酶（ｎｍ２３－ＮＤＰＫ）在６３例食管癌中的表达，结果显示：ＮＤＰＫ的阳性表达率为６０３％（３８／６３），明显高于癌旁正常组织１２５％（２／１６）（Ｐ＜００５）。无淋巴结转移的食管癌中ＮＤＰＫ的阳性表达率为８９３％（２５／２８），明显高于有淋巴结转移者（３７１％，１３／３５）（Ｐ＜００５）。ＮＤＰＫ的阳性表达率与肿瘤的分化程度无关（Ｐ＞００５）。结果提示ｎｍ２３在食管癌发生中起一定作用。The expression of nm23 gene product-NDPK was examined in 63 cases of esophageal carcinoma by using immunohistochemistry SABC method.The results showed that 60.3% of esophageal carcinoma were positive to NDPK antibody,the positive staining rate was higher than that of normal tissues adjacent to carcinomas(12.5%)(P<0.05).Higher incidence of positive staining was also found in esophageal carcinoma without lymph node metastasis(89.3%) than with lymph node involvement(371%)(P<0.05).The expression of NDPK was not correlated with tumor cell differentiation (P>0.05)The results suggest that nm23-NDPK play different roles in the pathogenesis and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma.Its expression levels are inversely correlated with lymph node metastasis in esophageal carcinoma.
