溃疡性结肠炎病人血清中TNF-α的变化及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的：研究血清中肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ－α）在溃疡性结肠炎（ＵＣ）发生发展中的作用和意义。方法：利用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定３３例ＵＣ病人及正常对照者４０例血清ＴＮＦ－α水平。结果：活动性ＵＣ病人血清中ＴＮＦ－α水平明显增高，并与病情的轻重和病变的范围有关（Ｐ＜００５）。结论：ＵＣ病人血清中ＴＮＦ－α水平增高可能与ＵＣ的发生发展有关。The levels of serum TNF-α in active stage of 33 patients with ulcerative colitis were detected by using sandwich ELISA.The result showed that the levels of serum TNF-α in patients with ulcerative colitis were significantly high and related to severity of the disease and area of lesion(P<005).It suggests that immune dysfunction exists in patients with ulcerative colitis.Higher levels of serum TNF-α may be related to development and severity of ulcerative colitis.
