摘  要:以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)的合成机理为依据,在分析水媒法、溶媒法制备CMC特点的基础上,重点研究了溶媒法制备Na-CMC的工艺条件和影响因素。结果表明:溶媒法制备Na-CMC的最佳工艺条件是碱液浓度45%~55%,碱化时间20~30 min,碱化温度低于40℃,醚化时间30~40 min,醚化温度70℃,原料配比为n(精制棉):n(氯乙酸):n(烧碱):n(乙醇)=1:1.5:2.80:4.0。With synthesis mechanism of carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)as gist,based on the preparing characteristic of CMC which was prepared by aqueous medium method or solvent medium method,and the technics conditions and influence factors of preparing Na-CMC were mainly investigated by solvent medium method.The results showed that the optimum conditions of preparing Na-CMC by solvent medium method were obtained when lye concentration was 45%-55%, basification time was 20-30 min,basification temperature was under 40 ℃ ,etherification time was 30-40 min, etherification temperature was 70℃, and molar ratio of purified cotton:chloroactic acid: sodium hydroxide:alcohol was 1:1.5:2.80:4.0.
