摘　　要：电力推进油田守护船(海洋石油623)是一艘多功能海洋工程辅助船,具有油田守护船、近海供应船、海洋拖船、一级消防船、B类浮油回收船、二级动力定位船等多种船型技术性能和作业功能,能为海上石油和天然气勘探、开采工程、建筑设施等提供多种服务。本文简要介绍该船的主要技术性能和作业功能、关键技术研究、总体技术要素等设计研究内容。Offshore Stand-by Vessel with Electric Propulsion （HAI YANG SHI YOU 623） is a new multifunctional offshore vessel to serve offshore engineering, it meets the technical requirements and provides the operating functions of the Offshore Stand-by Ship, Offshore Supply Ship, Ocean-going Tug, Fire Fighting Ship 1, Oil Recovery Ship B and Dynamic Position Ship 2 （DP-2）. In this paper an independent research work completed in SDARI is briefly reported, which is about the vessel＇s overall technical performances and busywork functions, key technologies and corresponding researches, outlines of ship design and construction, etc..
