摘　　要：秦皇岛市作为奥运协办城市,为北京奥运会的成功举办做出了贡献,也分享了奥运的品牌和注意力资源。秦皇岛市后奥运旅游发展既有诸多优势和有利条件,也存在许多问题,要按照科学发展观的要求,积极创建休闲度假型旅游产业,进一步提升城市休闲旅游功能,积极谋划休闲旅游产品,增加旅游产品的文化内涵,加快发展现代服务业,提升第三产业水平,推动秦皇岛后奥运旅游事业的科学发展,避免后奥运"低谷效应"。As the co-host city of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, Qinhuangdao made contribution to the success of the Olympics; at the same time, it shared the resources of Plympics＇ brand-name and attention. The post-Olympic tourism development in Qinhuangdao has many advantages, but there also exist problems that deserve attention. According to the requirements of the Scientific Concept of Development, we should actively establish a leisure tourism industry, further enhance the functions of the city＇s leisure tourism, positively design leisure tourism products, improve the cultural connotation of the products, speed up modern service industry, improve the level of the third industry, push the scientific development of the post-Olympic tourism course in Qinhuangdao, and avoid the ＂valley effect＂ in the post-Olympic period.
