摘　　要：对监狱人民警察的管理属于管理学的范畴，同时又有其自身的特殊性。引进管理学中的激励理论，结合监狱工作的特点，构建监狱人民警察的激励机制，可有效提高这支队伍的整体素质，调动他们的工作积极性．充分发挥监狱的功能。The management to the prison policemen belongs to the management category, which also has its own particularity. And introducing the incentive theory combining with its own characteristics, and constructing the incentive mechanism for the prison police can effectively improve the overall quality, arouse their enthusiasm, and give full play to the functions of the prison.
