胸段食管癌术前CT检查的应用及价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析总结胸段食管癌术前CT检查的必要性及临床价值。方法:对手术证实的27例食管癌患者的术前CT表现与手术结果进行对照总结。结果:术前CT检查27例,其中有19例无明显周围组织浸润,8例有不同程度的周围毗邻结果的浸润表现,11例有纵隔淋巴结肿大,手术成功切除肿瘤及淋巴结清扫21例,有6例行姑息性手术切除。结论:术前CT检查能较准确、直观地反映食管癌累及长度,外浸情况及淋巴结转移分布情况,对临床诊断及治疗有较好的指导作用。Objective To analyze the essentiality and clinical value of preoperative CT examination of thoracic esophageal cancer. Method The preoperative CT appearance and pathological results after operation were reviewed to 27 thoracic esophageal cancer patients. Results The preoperative CT examination in 27 cases, of which 19 cases had no significant infiltration of surrounding tissue, 8 cases of varying degrees of infiltration of the surrounding adjacent to the results of performance, there were 11 cases of mediastinal lymph nodes, surgery to remove the tumor and 21 cases of lymph node dissection, 6 routine palliative surgical resection. Conclusion The preoperative CT examination can comparable accurately reflect the involvement length of esophageal carcinoma, infiltration and distribution of lymph node metastasis,it is a better guide to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
