食道癌患者血清铜/锌比值及血清硒含量的测定及临床意义

摘　　要：报道了35例食道癌患者血清铜／锌比值及血清硒水平，结果发现食道癌患者血清铜／锌比值增加，血清硒水平下降，具有显著性差异（P＜0．001）；同时提示随着食道癌分期增加，铜／锌比值进一步增加，血硒水平进一步下降，但无统计学差异。上述结果对临床诊断及观察病情变化有一定意义。In this study, serum Cu/Zn ratio and Serum Se level from 35 patients with esophageal carcinoma were determined The result showed that serum Cu/Zn ratio was significantly higher than that in the normal healthy subjects, (P < 0.001 ). It is also concluded that Cu/Zn ratio in patients with advanced stage was higher than that of patients with early stage; serum Se level in patients with advenced stage was lower than that of patients with early stage. As the results, it may well be of helpful in the diagnosis as well as in following monitoring.
