摘  要:研究日粮中添加中药富硒酵母对闽中麻鸡血清抗氧化功能的影响。试验取1日龄健康闽中麻鸡396羽,随机分为4组,每组99羽,Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在基础日粮中分别添加(g/kg):2、3、4的中药富硒酵母,试验期49d,分别在21、35、49日龄每组取鸡6羽,取血清,测定SOD、CAT、GSH-PX和MDA的含量。结果显示,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组SOD、CAT和GSH-Px的活力均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),且随添加剂量增加而升高,试验组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组MDA的含量低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),MDA含量随添加量增加呈下降趋势,试验组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明日粮添加中药富硒酵母可明显提高闽中麻鸡血清的抗氧化能力,以4g/kg(有机硒0.268mg/kg)效果最佳。To study the effect of Se - enriched yeast cultured in Chinese medicine ( SEYCCM ) supplemented in diet on serum antioxidant indicators in Min Zhong - ma chickens. A total of 396 one day - old Min Zhong - ma chickens were assigned to four groups (n=99). Group I ( control group) was fed with corn - soybean basal diet, group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were fed by the basal diet supplemented with 2,3 and 4g/kg SEYCCM respectively, for 49 days. Six chickens in each group were selected and dissected on 21,35 and 49 day - old respectively, to test the activity of SOD, CAT, GSH - Px,and the content of MDA in serum. The results were as follows:the activity of GSH - Px. , SOD and CAT in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were all significantly higher than control group ( p 〈 0. 05 ), and their activities increased along with the supplemental doses of SEYCCM and the difference were not significant between the experiment groups (p〉0.05). The content of MDA in group II, III and IV were significantly lower than control group(p〈0.05), decreased along with supplemental doses of SEYCCM and the difference were not significant between the experiment groups(p 〉 0.05). The results showed that the SEYCCM supplemented in diet could enhanced the anti - oxidation activity in serum , and the effect was best while adding the 4g/kg SEYCCM (organic se 0.268mg/kg) in the diet.
