摘　　要：在综述国内外信息技术领域、地理信息领域专用标准进展和列举国土资源信息专用标准构成方式的基础上,对国土资源信息专用标准的制定规则进行研究,确定了国土资源信息专用标准的基础标准构成、专用标准与基础标准的关系、专用标准的一致性要求和一致性测试及专用标准的文档结构,提出了专用标准实施中需解决的问题。The mechanism of profile standards is one of the important methods in conformance with land and resources informa- tion standards. Based on summarizing the concept and contents of the profile standards at the field of geographic information and information technology in domestic and abroad, providing examples of profile standard types, the paper studies the rules for profile standards of land and resources information. The base standard types of land and resource information profile standards are identified, the relationship between profile standards and base standards is defined, conformance requirements and tests of the profile standards are studied,and the structure of the profile standard document is provided. Finally, the paper brings forward the further problems that need to be solved when implementing the profile standards.
