摘　　要：高强度橡胶的弹性压紧技术及弹性涨套定心技术,是在齿轮加工中提高和稳定齿坯装夹定位精度的一种有效工艺手段。二者结合可以对圆柱外齿轮齿坯的内孔进行高精度、高工效地装夹,以用于齿形的精加工———剃齿。详细介绍弹性压紧、涨套定心夹具在剃齿加工中的应用。Elastic impacting technology which is in virtue of new material--high strength rubber is applying in machining technics fumishment. In gear machining, orienting centre of elastic ring can enhance and stabilize the orientation of roughcast. Especially in gear shaving, which is machining gear profile precisely, can combine two technologies to enhance fixing precision and efficiency. Introduces elastic impacting and orienting centre clamp which is applying in gear shaving.
