摘　　要：在分析中小型工业企业基于知识的持续成长过程后,探讨产学研合作促进中小型工业企业成长的机理,构建产学研合作促进中小企业成长的作用机制模型,提出中小型工业企业持续成长过程中的对策建议。Analyzes the sustained growth path for the small and medium-sized enterprises and the problems that exist in the process of small and medium-sized enterprises development. After that ,elaborated the advantages and mechanism of cooperation of enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises. Then the model about cooperation of enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises to promote the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.
