摘 要:目的从夏枯草中提取α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂。方法采用水提和水提醇沉方法得到夏枯草水提物、粗多糖、浸膏。通过PNPG比色法检测α-葡萄糖苷酶活性。结果不同浓度夏枯草水提物、粗多糖对该酶抑制率与浸膏相比差异显著(P<0.01);夏枯草水提物、粗多糖IC50与浸膏IC50相比差异显著(P<0.01),夏枯草水提物与粗多糖IC50之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论夏枯草提取物有抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的作用。OBJECTIVE To extract the inhibitor of α-glucosidase from Spica Prunellae Vulgaris. METHOD Water extraction and alcohol precipitation were used to obtain the water extract, crude polysaccharide and extract of Spica Prunellae Vulgaris. PNNG colorimetry was used to detect the activity of α-glucosidase. RESULTDifferent concentrations of Spica Prunellae Vulgaris extract had different inhibiting effect ( P 〈 0.01 ). There were great differences between the water extract, crude polysaccharide IC50 and extract IC50 ( P 〈 0.01 ). No marked differences were found between the water extract and crude polysaccharide IC50 ( P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSION Spica Prunellae Vulgaris extract has inhibiting effect on α-glucosidase.
