摘　　要：从道德体验的含义及其在图书馆行业自律建设中的作用出发,阐述了图书馆职业道德缺失原因;通过对行业自律的解析,提出了图书馆行业自律建设的主要实现途径。The meaning of moral experience in the library industry self-regulation and the role of the building, the library set out the reasons for lack of professional ethics through self-analysis of the industry, industry self-regulation by the library building of the main channels.
