地方院校图书馆发展信息咨询业的SWOT分析——以广西工学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：地方院校图书馆作为当地规模最大的信息中心,在为教学科研服务的同时,应该为地方服务,特别是在信息服务方面要有所作为。首先阐述地方院校图书馆的一般特点;然后以广西工学院图书馆为例,采用SWOT分析法对学院图书馆的信息资源进行优势、劣势、机会、威胁分析,从而提出学院图书馆发展信息咨询业的策略。Library of Local Institute, as the largest of the information center for teaching and research services at the same time, is actively exploring for local economic construction and information consulting services. First, this paper places the general characteristics of Local Institute-libraries. Then, analyzes on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of developing the information consulting service with SWOT method by Guangxi University of Technology Library, and advances some countermeasures for developing this service.
