注重辅助区分号的运用,优化图书管理——对同一题名不同种文献进一步区分问题的新认识

摘　　要：由于图书的大量增加及图书的出版方式和形式的不断变化,同一题名不同种文献随之增多,原有分类索书号中的辅助区分号已不能完全反映和区分这类文献。因此,新增和补充索书号中的辅助区分号,以达到方便读者,便于管理,提高服务质量及文献利用率的目的是很有必要的。Due to the increase of books and the constant changes in the methods and forms of book publishing, different kinds of documents in the same title increase at the same time. Former auxiliary classification codes in call number are already not able to fully reflect the distinction between these types of documents. Therefore, in order to achieve the convenience of readers, to ease the management, to improve service quality and utilization of documents, some necessary auxiliary classification codes should be added.
