摘　　要：在工程项目中,需要将最后的实验结果和数据提供给用户。但简单的文本形式无法生成复杂的表格和图形,而程序界面的形式不便让用户对实验结果和数据进行进一步的总结和修改。采用Word文档形式可以利用Word的强大文档编辑处理功能,生成复杂的图文及报表,便于用户进行进一步的编辑打印等操作。介绍在VC开发平台下,基于OLE技术,实现了对Word的自动化操作,将实验结果以复杂Word文档的形式反馈给用户。结合一个工程项目中的Word报表生成过程,并给出了具体的实现步骤。In engineering projects,there is the need to hand over the final experimental results and data to customers. But the simple text format can not generate complex tables and graphics, and the programming interfaces format is not convenient for customers to modify and sum- marise the experimental results and data as well. Word document format provides powerful document editing capabilities and can generate complex graphics-text and statements, and it facilitates customers to further operate the edit or print. Based on the OLE technology, the realisation of the Word automation on VC platform is introduced, the customers are fed back the experimental results with complex Word document format. The specific implementation steps are given combining with the process of the Word sheet＇s formation in an engineering project.
