FOLFOX6方案治疗晚期胃癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的FOLFOX6方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和毒性。方法晚期胃癌患者40例,给予奥沙利铂(LOHP)100 mg/m2,静脉滴注2 h,第1天;亚叶酸钙(CF)200 mg/m2,静脉滴注2 h,第1天;随后氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)400 mg/m2,静脉快速冲入,第1天;5-Fu 2400 mg/m2,静脉持续滴注46 h,每2周为1周期。至少3周期后评价疗效。结果全组患者40例,可评价疗效40例,完全缓解1例,部分缓解15例,稳定21例,进展3例,总有效率40.0%。毒副作用主要是骨髓抑制、消化道反应以及神经毒性,无化疗相关死亡。结论FOLFOX6方案治疗晚期胃癌疗效肯定,毒副作用能耐受。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of FOLFOX6 in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods Forty patients with advanced gastric cancer received chemotherapy regimen of LOHP 100 mg/m^2 ,iv 2 hours,d1 ,CF 200 mg/m^2 ,iv 2 hours,D1, followed by 5-Fu 400 mg/m^2 bolus D1 and 2400 mg/m^2, civ 46 hours, two weeks as one cycle. The efficacy was evaluated after 3 cycles. Results One patient achieved complete response （CR）, 15 patients partial response （PR）, 21 patients stable disease（SD） and 3 patients progression disease（PD）. The overall response rate was 40. 0%. The major toxicity included nausea, vomiting,lcucopenia and neurosensory disorder. Conclusion This study shows that the regimen of FOLFOX6 is effective and tolerable in the treatment of advanced gastic cancer.
