摘　　要：目的探讨各种病因所致颈部淋巴结肿大的PET/CT诊断。方法用PET/CT对66例颈部淋巴结肿大患者的不同影像特征进行探讨分析。结果对其良恶进行影像学鉴别,与病理组织学对照,准确率为80.0%。结论PET/CT对淋巴结病变诊断有重要意义。Objective To explore the PET/CT diagnosis of neck lymphadenopathy. Methods Sixty-six patients with lymphadenopathy were surveyed and analysed through different characteristics of PET/CT imaging. Results PET/CT could identify benign or malignant characteristics of lymphadenopathy, the accuracy of the PET/CT diagnosis was 80. 0% compared with the histopathological diagnosis. Conclusion The PET/CT imaging has important clinical significance in diagnoses of lymphadenopathy.
