摘  要:在外场发动机排故中,发现加力扩散器快卸环有裂纹和掉块现象,通过对断口的宏观和微观分析以及金相检验,结果表明,加力扩散器快卸环的裂纹是因为晶间腐蚀损伤诱发的应力腐蚀开裂所致,表面掉块是在振动应力作用下由晶间腐蚀造成的晶粒脱落.During a routine inspection of an engine for troubleshooting, damages of crack and spall off are observed on an quick-release ring in an afterburner diffuser. In order to investigate the damage mechanism and failure causes, macroscopic and microscopic observations of the fractured surfaces and rnicrostructure investigation have been performed. The results show that the crack of the quick-release ring is due to stress corrosion induced by intergranular corrosion, and the spall off from the surface of quick-release ring is also due to intergranular corrosion under the vibrational stress.
