摘 要:永磁同步电动机是装甲车辆电传动系统的重要部件之一,其性能指标与温升密切相关,温升分析是电机设计和验证的重要一环。文章以装甲车辆电传动系统的永磁驱动电机为模型,以适应电传动整体冷却系统为基础,对电机进行了数学、磁场建模,从而确定了电机的热源以及边界条件,并且利用热路法和有限元分析法对电机进行了温度场仿真,最终验证了电机设计的可行性。The permanent magnet synchronous motor is one important part in electric transmission system of armored vehicles. The temperature rising-up of motor has tight impact on the performance of the permanent magnet drive motor, and the analysis of temperature field is an important step in the process of motor design and validation. Based on the integration cooling system and the permanent magnet drive motor model of electric transmission system, the modeling and simulation of the magnetic field were made, thus the thermal source and the limit condition of the motor were affirmed. The feasibility of motor designing is validated by finite element method in temperature field.
