摘  要:以吖啶橙(AO)作为分子探针,在Tris-HCl(pH=7.40)缓冲溶液中,采用紫外光谱法、荧光光谱法和粘度法等研究了γ-CD-ARS包合物与DNA的作用机制。γ-CD与ARS包合的摩尔比为1:1,包合常数Kf=4.42×103L.mol-1。γ-CD-ARS包合物与DNA结合的摩尔比为6:1,在17℃时包合物与DNA的结合常数Kθ17℃=2.22×105L.mol-1。荧光探针法、磷酸盐法和粘度法研究综合表明γ-CD-ARS包合物与DNA以部分插入的混合模式相互作用。The mechanism of interaction between γ- CD - ARS inclusion compound and DNA has been studied by using acridine orange(AO) as a spectral probe with the ways of UV -Vis spectra, fluorescence spectra and viscosity measurements in buffer solution of Tris - HCl ( pH = 7.40). From UV - Vis spectra, the inclusion ratio between γ- CD and ARS is 1 : 1, and inclusion constant of γ- CD with ARS is Kf =4.42× 10^3 L · mol^-1 ; the combine ratio between γ-CD -ARS and DNA is 6:1, and combine constant of γ - CD - ARS inclusion compound with DNA is K^θ17℃ = 2.22 × 10^5 L · mol ^-1. Researching on fluorescence probe, the existence of phosphate and Viscosity , the results show that the interaction mode between γ- CD - ARS inclusion compound and DNA is a partial and/or nonclassical mixed intercalation.
