O′Brien的非参数与参数综合法及其在生命质量资料分析中的应用

摘　　要：介绍并讨论Ｏ′Ｂｒｉｅｎ的非参数与参数方法在生命质量资料分析中的应用，并对两戒毒组吸毒者的生命质量进行比较。方法：随机抽取１５８例强制戒毒者的５４例自愿戒毒者，用我们研制的吸毒者测定量表ＱＯＬ－ＤＡ对其进行测定，用Ｏ′Ｂｒｉｅｎ的非参数及参数方法进行分析。结果：两戒毒组生命质量比较的Ｏ′Ｂｒｉｅｎ非参数检验ｔ＝－０．９５，Ｐ＝０．３４，两组的平均秩和分别为：４１８．０６，４４９．２２；参数检验Ｆ＝０．５２，Ｐ＝０．４７。结论：Ｏ′Ｂｒｉｅｎ的非参数与参数法是一种较好的生命质量资料分析方法，值得推广应用。经Ｏ′Ｂｒｉｅｎ法分析，两戒毒组的生命质量无统计学差异。Objective:To introduce and discuss O′Brien′s non-parametric and parametric methods in analyzing quality of life data and compare the quality of life differences between two groups of drug addicts.Methods:158 and 54 drug addicts for compulsive and voluntary detoxifeication were measured by random sampling technique and the quality of life scale QOLDA,respectively.O′Brien′s methods were used to test the QOL differences between two groups.Results:O′Brien′s non-parametric method t=-095,P=034,mean rank for two groups are 41806 and 44922,respectively;parametric method F=052,P=047.Conclusion:O′Brien′s non-parametric and parametric methods are very suitable for analyzing QOL data and can be frequently used in practice.The QOL differences between two groups of drug addicts is no statistical significance by O′Brien′s methods.
