摘 要:[目的]对广西容县沙田与柚蜜柚两种柚子的蛋白质、总糖、维生素C、脂肪及灰分含量进行比较,为本地柚子资源的开发利用提供参考依据.[方法]分别用考马斯亮蓝法、蒽酮比色法、钼酸铵法及酸水解法测定蛋白质、总糖、维生素C及脂肪含量,高温灰化法测定灰分.[结果]实验表明沙田柚4种成分(蛋白质、总糖、维生素C、脂肪)含量均比蜜柚高,但蜜柚灰分含量较沙田柚高.[结论]总体上看沙田柚比蜜柚营养成分高.[Objective] Comparing their protein, total sugar, vitamin C, fat and ash content between Citrus grandis vat. Shatinyu Hort and Citrus grandis cv. l〈ongxian pomelo i,1 Rongxian Guangxi, the paper provides a reference basis for the further development and utilization of local resources. [Method]Use Coomassie brilliant blue method, Anthrone colorimetric, Ammoniuln molybdate method and Acid solution method measure protein,, total sugar, vitamin C and tat content, the High-temperature ashing method measure ash content. [Result] Experiments show that the Citrus grandis var. Shatinyu Hort' s 4 kinds of components (protein, total sugar, vitamin C, fat) content are higher than that of Citrus grandis cv. Rongxian pomelo, but Citrus grandis cv.Rongxian pomelo ash content is higher than that of Citrus grandis var. Shatinyu Hort.[ Conclusion] Generally speaking, the nutrition component of the Citrus grandis var. Shatinyu Hort is higher than that of Citrus grandis cv. Rongxian pomelo in Rongxian Guangxi.
