摘 要:为研究木薯光合同化产物蔗糖和淀粉在植株各部位的分配,以及它们的转运情况与块根淀粉含量累积的关系。采用随机区组设计的方法,以南洋红、SC124、GR911、巴西种及GR891作为试验材料,分析各木薯品种光合产物蔗糖和淀粉含量,在植株不同部位的动态变化情况。结果表明:叶片同化产物蔗糖,直接通过韧皮部的运输到达块根,在块根中通过淀粉合成酶,合成淀粉;淀粉则先转化为蔗糖,再通过韧皮部运输到块根,然后在块根中合成淀粉,随着块根淀粉含量的增大,叶片、块根中蔗糖含量也有增大的趋势,随着木薯块根淀粉积累的速度增加,叶片、叶柄中淀粉含量呈逐步减少的趋势。In order to investigated the distribution of starch and sucrose of photosynthetic assimilation product in different position of cassava varieties and change relation between transportation condition and starch content accumulation in earthnut. Take five cassava varieties, SC124, GR911, Baxizhong, GR891 and Nanyanghong as a test material, analyzed the dynamic change in starch and sucrose content of photosynthetic product in different position of cassava, the results showed that sucrose of assimilation product of leaves is transported to earthnut through phloem, then sucrose synthesized starch with the starch synthase, and that starch tranformed into sucrose, then synthesized starch in earthnut. With earthnut starch content of cassava adding, the sucrose content in leaves and earthnut had increasing trend, the starch content in leaves and leaves stalks had descending trend.
