摘 要:目的研究变形链球菌表面蛋白PAc不同表达株在含蔗糖培养基中,及加氟至lppm或洗必太至0.005%的含蔗糖培养基中对玻壁表面粘附能力的差异。方法在厌氧培养条件下培养各株变形链球菌,用OD值测量法计算粘附量。结果在普通及加入氟至IPPm的含蔗糖培养基中,变链菌表面蛋白PAc不同表达株对玻壁的粘附无差异;而在含0.005%洗必太的培养基中,变形链球菌各菌株的粘附量显著下降。结论在变形链球菌大量合成葡聚糖的条件下,表面蛋白PAc在变形链球菌对玻壁粘附过程中未起决定作用。洗必太可能具有抑制葡聚糖合成的作用,而氟则没有。Objective To investigate the adherence ability to glass wall surface within S. mutans strains with differentsurface protein PAc expressing levels in sucrose containing medium with or without adding nuoride or chlorhexidine. Methods The adherence amount was measured by OD reading after anaerobic incubation. Result There were no adherencedifferences among S. mutans strains. The adherence amounts were significantly reduced after the S. mutants strains werecultured in BHI broth containing 0. 005 % chlorhexidine but there were no changes after the S. mutans strains were cultured in BHI broth containing lpped fluoride. Conclusion Surface protein PAc might not play an important role in adherence when S.;nutants synthesized large amount of glucan. Chlorhexidine might have a strong influence on the synthesis ofglucan, but fluorid might not.[
