摘 要:为防止煤炭自燃通过配方研究制备了聚乙烯醇隔氧凝胶,对其化学结构、黏度和力学性能进行了分析,考察了聚乙烯醇凝胶的隔氧性能和隔氧稳定性。结果表明,配方(wt%)为94.85%水、4%PVA、1%改性剂A、0.15%凝胶剂B的聚乙烯醇凝胶具有较好的塑性,能有效阻隔氧气进入,使煤层中氧气浓度基本稳定在3%-6%之间的时间长达63d以上,能有效达到预防煤炭自燃的目的。In order to prevent the coal spontaneous combustion,the polyvinyl alcohol oxygen insulation gel was prepared with the formula study.The paper analyzed the chemical structure,viscosity and mechanics performances and investigated the oxygen insulation performances and stability of the polyvinyl alcohol oxygen insulation gel.The results showed that the polyvinyl alcohol oxygen insulation gel with the formula including 94.85% of water,4% of PVA,1% of modifier A and 0.15% of jellies could have a good plasticity ,could be effectively to insulate oxygen income to keep the oxygen content in the seam within 3% to 6% over 63 days and could be effectively to reach the target to prevent coal spontaneous combustion.
