妇女良恶性肿瘤患者血清三种肿瘤标志物检测

摘　　要：选择１２５例正常健康妇女、８２例妇女良性肿瘤、７８例乳腺癌、６８例子宫颈癌和子宫体癌、５０例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者，用酶联免疫吸附法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）检测血清中癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）和铁蛋白。用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析血清乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）同工酶。结果：单项检测ＣＥＡ、铁蛋白和ＬＤＨ比值的阳性率分别为乳腺癌４５％、６２％和５８％；子宫颈癌和子宫体癌５０％、５８％和６１％；卵巢恶性肿瘤６７％、６８％和７９％。３种肿瘤标志物联检的综合阳性率乳癌的诊断符合率为９３％，子宫颈癌和子宫体癌诊断符合率为９０％、卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断的符合率为９６％。The serum levels of carcino embryonis antiegn(CEA) and ferritin were assayed with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 125 normal women.82 innocent tumor in women.78 patients with breast cancer,68 patients with cervical cancer and uterine cancer and 50 patients with ovarian carcinoma.The isoenzyme pattern of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) of serum was studied with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The diagnostic rates were raised to 93% in patients with breast cancer,90% in patients with cervical cancer and uterine cancer,96% in patients with ovarian,respectively carcinoma when the three target markers were assayed simultaneously.
