摘 要:目的:探索和建立不用有害化学溶剂的绿色分析,使环境污染减少至最低限度的且灵敏、准确、适应于基层的冷冻食品中硼酸及硼砂直接比色测定方法。方法:经解冻冷冻食品样,在碱条件下干法消化后,用盐酸溶解,在酸性溶液中硼与姜黄素生成玫红花青化合物,于540 nm波长直接比色,与标准系列比较定量。结果:在0.0-240μg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,相对标准偏差〈5.0%,加标平均回收率范围为:95.2%-103.7%。结论:本方法使用无污染溶剂、简便快速、准确可靠,适用于冷冻食品中硼酸的测定。Objective:To study and establish green analytic means of direct calorimetric assay of boric acid and borax in food without harmful chemical agents so as to reduce environmental pollution to minimal extent, which is also sensitive, accurate and applicable to the grassroots level. Methods : Unfreeze the sample of frozen food, use non - aqueous reprocessing in the conditions of alkali, and dissolve with hydrochloric acid. Rose - red chemical compounds are formed by boron and curcumin. Color comparison was made at (λ_(max) = 540 nm)and then was compared with quantity of standard series. Results:There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 0 - 240 μg/L. Relative standard deviation 〈 5.0% and the addition standard recovery was 95.2% 103.7%. Conclusion:This is an easy, accurate, reliable and pollution -free method to determine boric acid in frozen food.
