学校文化的生态性建构

摘　　要：现代学校遭遇知识与文化的断裂、物质文化与精神文化的偏移、精英文化式微与大众文化膨胀、文化孤岛与现实生活分离的生态失衡现状,学校文化建构应融合生态学理念,以和而不同的胸怀,以推崇文化自觉、实施关怀取向、共建精神家园为基本路径,保持人与自然的和谐,最终实现师生、学校和社会的互动共生、协调发展,进而形成敬畏生命的伦理观。Nowadays the imbalanced situation of conflicts of knowledge and culture, shift of spiritual culture and material culture, the decline of the elite culture and the rise of the mass culture, the separation of isolated culture island and real life is common in most campus. So school culture should integrate the concept of ecology under the guidance by harmony but difference and follow the basic path of cultural consciousness, care orientation and jointly construction of human spiritual homes to keep the harmony between man and nature, and will finally realize the interaction and coexistence among teachers and students, schools and society to promote moderate development of nation and society to form ethics thought of reverence for life.
