降脂护肝方对高脂饮食诱导脂肪肝大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨降脂护肝方对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)大鼠的药效作用。方法采用高脂饮食复制NAFL大鼠。造模2周后随机分为模型组、降脂护肝方(大、中、小剂量)组、血脂康组。用药后,观察一般情况及肝功能、血脂,并进行肝脏病理检查。结果模型组肝组织出现严重的大疱样脂肪变性,肝脏炎症表现明显;降脂护肝方组的上述改变显著减轻,同时可显著降低体质量、肝指数以及血清ALT、AST、TG、TC,与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论降脂护肝方对高脂饮食诱导的NAFL及其炎症有较理想的防治作用。Objective It is to approach the drug action of Jiangzhihugan decoction on nonacohol fatty liver （NAFL） rats. Methods NAFL rat models were established with high fat diet. After the models were established for two weeks, the rats were randomly divided into model group, Jiangzhihugan decoction high dose group and Jiangzhihugan decoction medium dose group, Jiangzhihugan decoction low dose group and Xuezhikang group. After treatment, the general situation, liver function, blood lipid and liver biopsy were observed. Results There was serious fatty degeneration in liver tissue in model group and liver inflammation displayed obviously. The above changes in Jiangzhibugan decoction groups lightened significantly and could significantly lower the body mass, liver index and serum ALT, AST, TG, TC. There was significant difference com- pared with control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jiangzhihugan decoction has desirabler preventive and therapeutic effect on NAFL induced by high fat diet and its inflammation.
