中成药消癌平联合化疗及热疗对胃癌细胞株SGC-7901抑制的实验研究

摘　　要：目的从细胞学水平观察中成药消癌平联合热疗及化疗对胃癌细胞株SGC-7901的抑制效果。方法以体外培养的人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901,用MTT法进行中成药消癌平、热疗、化疗药5-Fu三者联合作用的细胞实验(热疗法为41.0℃,30 min),观察中成药消癌平、热疗、化疗联合应用对人胃癌细胞株生长的影响。结果消癌平、5-Fu、热疗三者对胃癌细胞株的联合抑制率为85.44%,较其他两两联合或单药、单纯热疗抑制率高(P均<0.01)。结论中成药消癌平联合化疗及热疗能显著提高对胃癌细胞株的抑制率。Objective It is to observe the inhibition of the gastric cancer cell strain SGC- 7901 by the Chinese Medicine Xiaoaiping, thermotherapy and chemotherapy on the cytology. Methods The cultivated gastric carcinoma cell strain SGC- 7901 was treated with Xiaoaiping, thermotherapy and chemotherapy drug 5 - Fu, the thermotherapy being 41 ℃ for 30 minutes. The inhibitory action of the gastric cancer cell strain SGC- 7901 was detected by using MTT method. Results The inhibitory action of the gastric cancer cell strain SGC - 7901 by the combination of Xiaoaiping and chemotherapy and thermotherapy was 85.44 %, It was remarkably higher than the other methods （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The inhibitory action of the gastric cancer cells can be improved markedly by the Chinese Medicine Xiaoaiping combining with heat treatment and chemotherapy.
