摘 要:目的观察住院小儿口腔PH值变化与两种漱口液对小儿口腔致病菌影响的关系。方法将大量使用广谱抗菌素的住院患儿400例,随机分为2组,实验组200例采用3%NaCO3行口腔护理;对照组用0.9%Nacl行口腔护理;同时对患儿口腔PH值的变化及口腔致病原菌的生长情况进行动态监测。结果实验组在口腔溃疡发生率,构成比和愈合时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论口腔PH值变化与口腔致病菌关系密切;应用3%NaCO3漱口液进行口腔护理能有效防治小儿口腔炎。Objective To observe the relation of the change of oral cavity PH value in the hospital wean with two kind gargle for oral cavity germina. Methods 400 cases who used in the gross bacteriophage were divided into two groups random, the experiment group 200 cases were used 3% NaCO oral nursing, the contrast group 200 cases used 0.9% Nacl oral nursing, and to observe the change of oral PH and the development status of oral germina. Results The occur rate of oral canker, form ration and the cure time in the experiment group were better than that the contrast group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The change of oral PH value relates with oral gennina; 3% NaCO3 can prevent and cure effectively stomatitis in the enfants.
