摘　　要：目的评价眼底激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效。方法对25例(28眼)中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者采用VISULAS 532S眼底激光治疗仪进行渗漏点封闭。结果28眼中26眼2月内眼底病变消失,视力不同程度提高。结论激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变安全有效。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of laser in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy（CSC）. Methods 28 eyes of twenty five patient with CSC were treated with VISULAS 532S laser to block the leak spots. Result In the 28 eyes, fundus pathological changes of 26 eyes were disappear, and visual acuity was improved in 2 months. Conclusion The laser is a effective and safe method in treating CSC.
