提高专科学校男生罚球命中率训练方法研究

摘　　要：目的：通过对专科学校男学生罚球方法的改进,探讨提高罚球命中率的措施。方法：将每个班的学生分别随机分为对照组、实验组。对照组教学方法为教师示范讲解后,学生分组练习,每组14人。实验组的训练方法为：教师利用挂图等示范讲解,学生进行表象练习,突出技术环节重点。在一学期教学课中,每训练三周后实验组、对照组都进行一次罚球命中率测验,每人每次投篮10个球,记录罚球命中率。结果：经过一学期的系统的罚球训练,实验组学生的罚球命中率及技评分比实验前均有较明显的提高,与对照组比较也有明显的提高。结论：改进后的训练方式,对提高专科学校学生的罚球命中率实用、易行而有效。objective： To explore the methods of elevating the hit ratio of penalty shot in the male students .Methods The students were separated to control group and experimental group randomly. The students in the control group was treated by traditional methods, however, the students in the experimental group was trained using the new methods, Recording the hit ratio of penalty shot after three weeks later. Results The hit ratio of penalty shot in the experimental group was elevated obviously.Conclusions：The new methods was effective on elevating the hit ratio of penalty shot of students.
