试论设备管理中的观念转变

摘　　要：现代设备的管理日趋复杂,为适应现代设备管理中自动化程度高,功能越来越复杂的要求,设备管理中的观念也在转变。文章从管理的核心、管理重点、管理的区间、管理手段、管理的队伍以及管理人员范围这六个方面论述其的转变。把握好管理观念的转变内容,对设备的安全、可靠和高效运行,提高设备投资效益,具有重要意义。The new concept shall be adopted with increasing complexity of modem equipment management in order to adapt to modem equipment and a high degree of management automation. The article discusses the concept transition in six aspects, namely, management core, management focus, management range, management tools, management team and management scope. It is essential to have a good grasp of the concept transition in management of the equipment safe, reliable and efficient operation, efficiency of investment in equipment.
