摘　　要：目的探讨质子放射治疗恶性肿瘤对患者外周血骨桥蛋白(OPN)的影响。方法应用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测17例恶性肿瘤患者质子放射治疗前后外周血OPN的含量。结果外周血中OPN的含量在放射治疗后显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论质子放射治疗可显著降低肿瘤患者外周血中的OPN含量,从而达到抑制癌细胞的增殖及转移等目的。Objective To investigate the impact of Proton radiation therapy on osteopontin （OPN） in pe- ripheral blood of patients with malignant tumor. Methods Serum levels of OPN in 17 cases with malig nant tumor were detected by ELISA methods before and after radiotherapy. Results OPN value in post- radiotherapy blood was significant lower than that in pre-radiotherapy blood （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Proton radiation therapy can significantly reduce the OPN concentration in peripheral blood of patients with malignant tumor to achieve the purposes of inhibition the proliferation and transfer of cancer cells.
